To educate students about Tuberculosis, its causes, symptoms, prevention, and the importance of early detection and treatment.
On 21st February 2025, NCIT organized an Awareness Lecture on Tuberculosis (TB) aimed at spreading crucial knowledge about this communicable disease. The session focused on understanding the spread of TB, identifying early signs, and removing the stigma associated with it.
Medical professionals highlighted the role of awareness in prevention and shared valuable information on government programs and free treatment facilities available for TB patients.
The lecture was attended by 30 students from various departments, who actively engaged in the discussion and cleared their doubts regarding the disease and its impact on public health.
The session successfully enhanced student awareness regarding TB and encouraged them to become informed health advocates within their communities.
NCIT remains committed to organizing more such informative sessions to promote health literacy and well-being among its students.
