At National College of IT, Muktsar, we are dedicated to ensuring fairness and transparency in addressing complaints. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is established in alignment with UGC, AICTE, NAAC, MRSPTU guidelines to handle academic, administrative, and personal grievances efficiently.

Committee Objectives

✔ Timely Resolution: Addressing grievances promptly and fairly.
✔ Transparency: Providing a clear and impartial platform for grievances.
✔ Prevention of Unfair Practices: Investigating complaints related to academic and administrative concerns.
✔ Confidentiality: Ensuring strict privacy in grievance handling.
✔ Awareness and Counseling: Conducting awareness programs to prevent issues.
