On 17th December 2024, NCIT successfully conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Designing Skill-Based Curriculum: Bridging the Industry Gap”, led by renowned expert Dr. Rishu Bhardwaj. The session focused on the importance of incorporating skill-oriented training within academic programs to enhance student employability and meet evolving industry demands.

All faculty members actively participated in the FDP and successfully completed the program requirements. Certificates of participation were awarded to all attendees as a token of their engagement and learning.
The FDP enriched faculty members’ understanding of designing relevant and market-driven curriculum frameworks. This initiative will contribute significantly toward improving academic quality and fostering industry-ready graduates.
