Objective

To equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills required to design curriculum that aligns with industry needs, thereby bridging the gap between academic learning and practical skill requirements.

Event Overview

On 17th December 2024, NCIT successfully conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Designing Skill-Based Curriculum: Bridging the Industry Gap”, led by renowned expert Dr. Rishu Bhardwaj. The session focused on the importance of incorporating skill-oriented training within academic programs to enhance student employability and meet evolving industry demands.

Dr. Bhardwaj provided detailed insights into:

Participation and Certification
