To encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and aesthetic expression among students through the art of calligraphy.
On 13th February 2025, NCIT successfully hosted a Calligraphy Competition in the College Hall. The event aimed to promote handwriting artistry and inspire students to explore calligraphy as a form of creative self-expression.
Participants were given a specific theme and time limit to showcase their skills using different styles and techniques of calligraphy. The competition provided a platform for students to exhibit their talent in ornamental writing and composition.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from students across various departments. Each participant displayed unique flair and dedication, making the competition vibrant and engaging.
The event concluded with the announcement of winners and appreciation certificates for all participants. The competition not only highlighted artistic talent but also fostered a sense of calm, focus, and appreciation for traditional penmanship.
NCIT continues to encourage such co-curricular activities that contribute to the all-round development of students. The Calligraphy Competition was a successful and enriching experience for all involved.
